After a short dirt track you arrive at the entrance gate. The tarmac road takes you on top of a hill where the villa is situated. There is plenty of parking on the north side of the property. The entrance is simply impressive. As soon as you enter you see the natural stone staircase leading to a large landing on the first floor. The roof of the villa has been specifically designed for the villa and is a unique feature. In the ground floor you have a large living area, centered around the fireplace. A bit to the left is the dining area with a fantastic solid Italian marble dining table. The whole south facing living and dining area has sliding doors to the terrace and pool area. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and separate laundry area. Downstairs are also two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC. The whole property is fully air-conditioned.

With the stairs you arrive at the landing with fantastic windows make this a very light and sunny property.
