This plot is in the hills of St. Barbara de Nexe. The plot is at the end of a dead-end street, so very calm. The plot is 7000 m2 big and the current construction is just over 600 m2.
On the plot itself there are very old, olive, almond and carob trees. The current construction is in one corner of the plot, but looking at the area it would be possible to get permission to relocate the construction on the plot. The plot is slightly sloping which guarantees great views from all levels. The cityhall is putting in sewage and water in before summer 2009. Best about this plot is that it ahs 270 degree seaviews and uninterrupted. So no cables or anything in the way. This one of the few plots left where you have superb views, can construct a massive property and are still close to all amenities.
